GoDogGo®, Inc. ships online orders to the United States & Canada. GoDogGo® RemoteFetch ships via UPS Ground; all other items currently ship via USPS Priority Mail. Orders ship within 1-2 days with the exception of holiday and/or weekend orders when a delay could be experienced.
U.S. Orders – Lower 48:
GoDogGo® RemoteFetch ships via UPS Ground, physical addresses only, and is not available For PO Box and APO/FPO delivery. LogoWear items ship USPS Priority Mail. Customer will receive the UPS tracking number once the order has shipped. Shipping rates are calculated and shown in the shopping cart after the zip code is applied to the order.
Alaska & Hawaii:
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship via USPS (United Stated Postal Service). Delivery time is approximately 5 to 10 days. The USPS shipping confirmation number will be emailed to customer once order has shipped. Shipping rates are calculated and shown in the shopping cart after the zip code is applied to the order.
Canadian Orders:
Orders to Canada ship via USPS (United Stated Postal Service). USPS does not
charge brokerage fees that are often charged by other couriers. The USPS
confirmation number will be emailed to customer once order has shipped.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased from GoDogGo, Inc., please send an email to
orders@godoggoinc.com within 30 days of receipt to inform us that the unit will be returned.
All refunds and exchanges must be obtained through the original place of purchase. If purchased directly from GoDogGo, Inc., we will issue
a refund up to 30 days after the purchase date. Please email us at orders@godoggoinc.com to obtain
a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returned or exchanged items must be in new, resalable condition with all packaging intact to receive full
credit. If any of these conditions are not met, a restocking fee may be assessed.
Note that return shipping is at consumer expense and we do not refund outgoing shipping. Packages must be returned freight prepaid. We recommend shipping your return through UPS or USPS and do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Insuring the return package is recommended.
Defective GoDogGo® RemoteFetch Ball Launcher:
If your GoDogGo® Automatic Tennis Ball Launcher is defective within the 6-month warranty period, as well as registered for the warranty, it will be
exchanged for a new unit upon determination by our company that the unit is defective.
In order for us to determine that the unit is defective, please contact us at warranty@godoggoinc.com stating the trouble that you are experiencing with the GoDogGo® Ball Launcher. Once the unit is deemed defective, we will give return instructions and a new unit will be shipped to you at no charge.
Please include your name, phone number, order number; unit serial number and the trouble with the unit in an email to: warranty@godoggoinc.com
For orders being shipped to the state of Washington, GoDogGo® will charge sales tax according to the current Washington state sales tax.
In the event that you have a GoDogGo® Automatic Ball Launcher with a defect in materials or craftsmanship within the 6-month warranty period, please contact GoDogGo, Inc. at warranty@godoggoinc.com for assistance. Warranty claims must be made directly to our company within the limited warranty period. Packages must be returned freight prepaid; we do not accept C.O.D. Deliveries andwe recommend insuring the package.
